JAKARTA – Triangle Production successfully carried out its role as an event organizer (EO) for the Employee Gathering of PLN Energy Primer Indonesia with the theme “Energy of Life.” The event took place in Jakarta on December 16, 2022. The Employee Gathering coincided with the PT PLN Energy Primer Indonesia’s Work Meeting for 2022 and preparations for 2023. As a professional EO with experience handling state-owned enterprise (BUMN) clients, Triangle Production successfully organized the event.
The event was packaged with entertainment, combining the vibes of Rock & Roll. During the occasion, the leaders of PLN Energy Primer Indonesia emphasized the importance of having big dreams to realize aspirations.
“Let’s dream together, we are together now, organizing this event to foster togetherness and camaraderie. Let it be in our mindset, in our dreams, we dream together about the future of the company that will be born on January 1, 2023, where we are included, where we are entrusted, we can dream about how our company will be in 2, 3, 5 years ahead.”
During the official event that evening, several awards were presented to employees. The leadership of PLN Energy Primer Indonesia was present at the event. Besides the official proceedings, the participants of the Employee Gathering, who were PLN Energy Primer Indonesia employees, also took part in outbound activities involving various games and challenges. The outbound activities aimed to train mental strength and teamwork to foster strong and excellent cooperation.
PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia is a transformation from PT PLN Batubara, which started with the virtual launch of the Holding Sub Holding PT PLN (Persero) on September 21, 2022, and was later fully operational on January 1, 2023. With this transformation, the company developed its business lines, which previously included Coal Supply for around 20% of PLTU PLN coal supply and Mining Development, to include:
1. Coal supply and development of existing mines to provide for all PLN Group PLTU
2. Gas supply for power plants
3. Fuel supply for power plants
4. Biomass supply for PLTU co-firing
Participants appeared satisfied with the organization of this Employee Gathering. Once again, Triangle Production achieved success in this event.
